We want to be there for our members around the clock so we are introducing our real time chat option for everything Live! streaming related!

You can use our real time chat support to ask questions about streaming or anything about Live! Credits, Diamonds, or Cash Outs. 

You can find our real time chat option on your profile on the app (if you are a VIP) or you can find it by accessing our Help Center. 

You can also contact us through email by clicking the Submit a Request link to our form.

Once you decide to get in touch with us, please select the correct option from the dropdown. All Live! Streaming questions will be answered by our Live! Streaming department.

Please note that any other questions related to your Plenty of Fish profile will not be answered by our Live! Streaming department. They are only answering streaming related questions. 

To have a team member support you with something other than streaming, please choose the correct dropdown option.
