While you’re streaming, you can look at every current viewer by tapping the eye icon. Don't be afraid to say hello or give a shoutout to your viewers, especially the amazing ones. You can add them as a Favorite if you think there's some magic.

And just so you know, the main chat you see is public and can be seen by all viewers.
