Update about our Match Group Livestreaming Network

After August 31st, 2024, Livestreaming on POF, POFLive and BLK will no longer be available.

Here’s what you need to know:

1. You can continue to cash out up until August 31st, 2024. Please keep in mind that our cashout process can take up to 10 business days, and at the time of your cashout request being approved, your funds will be directly deposited into your Payoneer account. We will continue the cashout process in accordance with our established procedures
   
   
2. All purchases are non-refundable. If you have any unspent live credits, we encourage you to use them as soon as possible
   
   
3. If you are eligible to cash out your Diamonds or convert to Live Credits, you must cash out or convert your Diamonds to Live Credits by August 31, 2024. If you convert your Diamonds to Live Credits, those credits must also be used by August 31, 2024. Any Diamonds not cashed out or converted by this date will be forfeited. All Diamond settlements will be processed according to our established procedures.
